how to write aninterrupt module

hi all,
i am here developing an application for real time and it need some interrupt when the bit inthe particular meassage format is being set. so how do i make it work

You may need to create a thread that monitors the message bit and sets and event when the bit is set. The main thread can periodically check the status of the event and when it becomes set, you would know the message bit got set.
