I’m a beginner of Borland C++ Builder and also my English is not very good but I hope you understand what my problem is.
I have an application in English language and I want to add it a new language, German, for example. I tried to use 'Using Resource DLLs' feature. Everything was OK until I tried to use 'Translation Manager' for editing the String Table because I don't have this option in the main menu, as is specified in Help. I don't know why!?
Please, knows everybody what exactly are the steps for create Multilanguage appls using the feature above or maybe another method to do this?
