help with "AfxTermExtensionModule"

I would like to clean my DLL when one process terminate of using this DLL.
the problem is that "AfxTermExtensi onModule" is an MFC class and my project is
created with C++ and API Win32 only.
I would like to know how can I substitute the class "AfxTermExtensi onModule".
