i would like that two computer can communicate by C programme
in this i want that on e computer send data and other will receive
the data .........

You can use the TCP/IP connection between two computers.
Then using that you can send as well as receive the data.

depends on how much data to transfer, how fast, etc?

for slow speed RS232 is simple
for fast connections TCP or UDP or RMI, e.g.
