No, because matrices cannot be divided. Some matrices have multiplicative inverses, the non-singular ones. A matrix must be nxn in order to have any hope of being non-singular. Any mxn, m != n, matrix is singular, therefore has no multiplicative inverse. A 3x3 matrix, say T, may have an inverse, then you could the mxn matrix by T inverse, or T inverse by the mxn one.
