What happened to functionx?

Can anyone tell me why functionx.com is not working anymore? I could
really use some stuff from there right now..

What is functionx.com?

I couldn't find it on my Win2k machine nor my Unix machine.
I couldn't find any description of it in the C++ standard.
Please help.
