No, but there is this post in Google:

From: Alexander Terekhov (terekhov@web.d e)

He's simply playing the deputy of Mr. NeilB (he's currently on
vacation) and Mr. "Default User" desperately wants to become a
deputy of Mr. v.Abazarov@attA bi.com-Please-remove-capital-A's.
Addicted monkeys.

alexander.

You seem to be living about four weeks in the past, David.
Anything fresher you'd like to quote from that maniac?

It was the most recent post I could find regarding the subject of the
question. I re-posted it only because I thought Neil B. might still be on
vacation, thus possibly explaining his absence.
If I inadvertently re-posted something that, for reasons unknown to me, was
better left where it was, then I apologize.

Why quote anything fresher? It's not as if the tone would be much different.

Style, Gavin. Unless, of course, your newsreader is talking because
you're blind and do need a Reading Machine. Well, condolences, then.

I assume English isn't your first language, and on that basis it is
probably best not to criticise others on their use of the language, as
you are likely to get it wrong.
From dictionary.com:
11 entries found for tone.
.....
4. Manner of expression in speech or *writing*: took an angry tone with
the reporters.
