how to create a sclock simulation program in c++

Im having a problem in creating a program in c++ which you will input a number in terms of minutes and convert it into hours and where the converted hours will be the basis of termination of simulation..

ex.

input a number in terms of minutes: 360
number of hrs: 2
number of minutes: 0

00:00 - initial state
02:00 - final state

note: the clock counts untill it reaches the final state....

Hope someone will help me about this....
