Dear Misguided Ranjana,

Your question is excessively vague, and off-topic since you're not
talking about C++ except insofar as it meets the criterion "any
language."

That said, try gnuplot.

Or, if I may hazard a guess that others will understand and chuckle
along with, try Excel. Or MS Paint, perhaps.
