I have a string containing "E" or "F" or some other single literal.
How do I make this string become a Keys.E or Keys.F?

Using Keys.F should handle the F key, likewise Keys.E should handle the E. I guess I'm not understanding what you're looking for. Show the you're working with and we'll help all we can.
EDIT:
This MSDN page shows all the
