How to use foreach statement in a loading form program

can you help me how can i use the foreach statement in a loading form program?
the scenario is this when the button in the mainwindow is clicked a window will pop out then in that window there is 3 textboxes when i double click the textbox there is another form will pop out.

and also how to use setfocus in this program...... advance thanks.....

@achkishnastep why would you want to keep opening new windows like that? Almost sounds malicious to me (but that's just my opinion)
