How to import IPsec Policy programatically

I have created an IPSec policy manually.

Can someone please tell me how to import a particular file programatically assuming we know the location of the IpSec file?

I tried using wmi (Win32_NetworkA dapterConfigura tion) but this doesnt seem to have any import functionality.
