Now , I want user can edit Cell Content in datagridview1

HassanZ, you cannot access bytes.com without an internet connection....I 'm not sure why would say something like "I have no internet connection". Anyways, by default, users can edit the contents of the current DataGridView text box cell by typing in it or pressing F2. Please take a look at this article for more information on the topick How to specify the Edit Mode for the DataGridView.

OK you can go in Control Panel of your computer and learn more about Mouse and its properties
