Conditional count RDLC

Hi! There
I have a table control in RDLC.Now for example, suppose this table have 3 Columns(ID,NAME ,AGE).Now I want to count all rows whose Name Column is not empty OR whose Name Column is equal to a particular value.How can I Do this with RDLC.
