Can we manually change thumb size (i.e. thumb length) of horizontal scrollbar in C# windows application?

I don't think so. It scales automatically based on the LargeJump and SmallJump and minimum and maximum properties
I suppose you could "fake it out" by changing the min/max and jump values.

Ya ... you are correct ... I just found out that Maximum property actually defines the number of steps required for thumb to reach from left end to right end of the scrollbar, which changes thumb size if width of horizontal scrollbar is constant.
