how to use tagLib_sharp

i found an open source for getting tags for mp3 players and i dont know how to use the libraries? can anybody specifically guide me on how to use such libraries specifically tha tagLib_sharp that i mentioned...

how stupid of me... it is a managed code...
you can directly import managed code into the your C# properties simply by clicking and selecting the file
