Im writing an application which has a scroll bar ,i need to disable it, is there any built in function for doing it???? if not then how can i do it ??

What exactly do you mean by "mouse scroll bar"?

Are you talking about disabling actual scroll bars, or disabling only the mouse wheel, or something else?
