MIME type attachment

Hi, I'm using WCF like a web service; this web service send and receive SOAP
message from and to an Apache server; now I encurred a problem: I'm trying
to read attachment in SOAP message; this attachment are MIME types, so I
retrieved message but I can't split message from attachment.

Any suggestion?
