Speech API

I am in the process of developing a WIndows forms application using the
Speech API. I would like to automatically ask for verification when the
recognition has completed but I can't seem to get the EndSilenceTimeo ut to
cause any action.

Since the help on this subject is a bit sketchy, would anyone happen to have
any sample code that would show me how to accomplish this.
