auto deploy msi via GPO

I would like to automatically remove and deploy an MSI package via
group policy. Currently we do this manually through the snap in. Is
there a way via dotnet framework that would help us out with this??
I've look into System.Director yServices.Activ eDirectory but am pretty
lost...
