Hello Newsgroup,
>
I've written an Excel application running in an Excel workbook. As a part
of this application I am using a timer. When I measure the time between
some (e.g. 30) IntervalElapsed events (each after 1 second) with my normal
clock, the time elapsed is less than 30 seconds. I saw that this happens
only if I operate Excel somehow. If I do nothing and just wait for the
timer to elapse, everything is fine.

Does anybody has an idea what the problem is and how to solve it?

Thank you very much in advance.
