calendar + organizer

Hi,

I want to create an calendar \ organizer in my project, something like
Outlook has.

I saw some examples but they all in visual studio .NET 2005, and i'm using
2002.

I think the tools i need are the visual calender and dataGrid, but i'll be
very very very happy to get some advices about it.
