Resource file + console application

Hi,

I want to create a reosource for use in my console application. I tried
creating a new reosurce file from Assembly Resource File - new Item in
my C# console project.

When i run the application, i am getting some culture information is
not available and exception is thrown. please can anyone send me some
sample code to run a resource file from console application. would
really appreciate this
