The .NET framework SDK as provided by MS does not have an HTML parser
but SgmlReader is a .NET implementation of an SGML parser that can be
used to parse HTML. It is available here

You might also want to look up HtmlAgilityPack , which is a dedicated
HTML parser that will handle malformed (ie real-world) HTML probably
better than a strict SGML parser.
