Sending escape codes to a printer

I have a crystal report that prints out ok but the old printer is has it
page length set to 11 inches and I can't set it to 10 inches unless I send
it "<esc>G20". How do I send this code?

btw, I have a 10 inch form defined for the printer but it is still giving me
an 11 inch page size.
