You do not need the SDK, all you need is the C# Express IDE which is 50 MB
incl. Framework or so.

You will get .NET 2 SDK along with C# Express - it comes in the same distributive.

Do you mean that I don't need to download the .NET framework (just the
regular framework, not the SDK) separately? That the IDE comes with the
framework redist.?
