I'm looking to create a bulliten board like AOL instant messenger. I don;t
want a web site
What I want is when a server goes down or something of that nature it
appears in a window with some information about the issue and this will be
something the developers can install and i would like to have it read a
database.
Can this be done and are there any examples anywhere i can look at?
