Remoting book

Does anybody have any good book recommendations that go
into detail about .NET remoting? I really need to get up
to speed on this subject.

I'm pretty sure that Ingo Rammers book is enough for jump-start. I have
fight with remoting for a month (including posts in newsgroups, online
articles, etc.), and ... after that I bought the book. It just placed
everything in its place :).
