ASP .NET problem

Hi

I have just had a security audit done on my PC running HELM 3.2.10 and MailEnable 2.32 Enterprise. Prior to this webmail worked using .NE|T 2.0, however I now get an error in my server event log saying:
Failed to start monitoring changes to '\wwwroot' because access is denied. Does anyone know how to fix this and if so what is the solution?
