I am making a small project i have to send free sms in mobile through asp.net page, please any one let me know ?

Some gateways might allow you to send a few free ones but you'll most likely have to pay.

I am using sms application in my project. No gateway provides free sms. They will provide you test account for your project and you will get few free sms. After that you need to activate it. This test account is also not free. You need to pay for this also. So better you find some gateway provider who provides low rates on sms.
