save link with logo when i click another website in asp.net

i created search engine using Google search API in asp.net.
if i click search list link another new site will open.when i click new site i want to save corresponding link with logo like bookmarks link to sql in asp.net

Use LinkButtons instead of HyperLinks.
Have the LinkButton post back to the server in order to save the logo etc...and then Response.Redire ct() the user to the URL they selected.
