Grid loading is slow

Actually i have an aspx page that has two datagrids but these grids takes a lot of time to load.Its very very slow
PLease suggest me what can i do to make it fast.

Depending on what you are loading in the grid ...its going to take time , (in case you are loading from database ) .... look into caching so that you don't have to calculate/ retrieve everything ..

Another thing that you can do is not to enable its ViewState, if your design allows.
