Download a SQL database via the VS IDE

Hi,
This is the second time I'm sending this message because the first one got
lost.

I want to recreate a database (which is on a MS SQL Server hosting server)
and copy it to a local MS SQL 2005 Express file. Can I do this via a SQL
Query within the VS IDE? If so, how?
