Currenlty I am working on KeyBoarLayout in C#. I donot know how to
change the keyboardlayout .I am creating a software similar to "Avro
KeyBoard 4.5.1". Thanks in advance.

I think you're in the wrong newsgroup - this is for ASP.NET.
