VS2008 FTP publishing doesn't work.

I am trying to publish my site using FTP.
I can open FTP site using Windows Explore, VS2005, FileZilla but not VS2008
and Expression Web. I get ~/<folder namedirectory doesn't exist. Or
Server"<server addresson port 21 doesn't exists.
I could create new FTP folder on the server using VS2008 but I can't open
existing one.

Is it a bug?
