    Examples in Visual studio (help!)

    Hi sorry for the stupid question.
    I'm very new to asp.net and I still have to understand how it works.

    How to import examples in VS? I mean, I download a folder fith 5-6 files but
    I don't know how to make it run. Can you help me?
