Web User Controls doesn´t work!

Hi folks!
I developed my WebApplication in Framework 1.0, but when i updated it ths
Jscript, generated by framework, (used to postback the pages), stop to work!
And this problem occurs only if the web user controls are inside a
subfolder!
somedobt can help-me?!
