Not a techy question as such...

Does anyone know of any good asp scripts for uploading and optimizing video?

I would be very grateful for any pointers...

Standard ASP functions for uploading files are fairly limited (you even need special components to upload large files), I would suggest searching for third party solutions. I don't know of any off-hand that allow for video manipulation, google is your friend :-)
