href + outlook

Is it possible to create a link to open outlook (Client side) to open
a particular folder
here is the code i am trying to use unsuccessfully :

<a href="outlook://Public%20Folder s/All%20Public%20 Folders/P/W/C/Conf
%20Room/~S%20C%20R">Con ference Room 1</a>

Basically what i want to happen is that when a user clicks on the web
link that it opens the meeting room which is in a public folder in
outlook application (not the web interface outlook )

can anyone please help ?

Not with serverside code.

The server does not know about about outlook,
[and so should the world]

Please ask in a clientside NG.
