Record Set Alway Empty

Hi there, I'm having a problem with a record set alway being empty after executing the query. But when I run the query in access it returns results.

There's a million and 1 reasons why a recordset may return empty - show us the SQL statement you're feeding through your scripts, and it may also be helpful to show the statement you're feeding directly to access - then we can see what is going on.
