this may be because u r using "<any name>.asp" link in a html page .Make the extension of all pages by .asp and then u can use asp link in it(i hope this may work for u else the problem is different give a detail of how u r running the file i.e do u have saved the files in "inetpub/wwwroot" folder or u r running it by creating a virtual directory,speci fy)
