downloading pdf file

Hi,

I may have posted this before but I was not clear.

From the client side, I want to download a pdf file from
the server side that was initially saved there.

this site didnt work for me:

Other help will be much appreciated.

It posts a "page can not be displayed" error page.

Well, step 1 would be to find out what the problem is, assuming it's not
just a 404 error.
