Oh look just to the right of me is 'DHTML & CSS for the World Wide Web'
by Jason Cranford Teague, now available at fine bookstores and online
retailers everywhere.
It gives a very good overview of CSS and includes several DHTML
examples. You'll find the answers there, grasshopper.
