    msxml3.dll error 80072ee7

I have an online ordering site that returns this error
message when an order is submitted which is supposed to
    fire a confirmation email.

    The complete error is:

    msxml3.dll error '80072ee7'

The server name or address could not be resolved

    /Secure/Mail/Functions.asp, line 549

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
