how to access Active Directory from ASP

Hello,
I'm working on a ASP web application which need to use Active Directory
as authentication method. I wonder if I can get some help from you,
things like some sample component in VB or some window APIs i can call
from asp pageand how to use it to get the username and password info .
Any info will be highly appreciated.

Do a search on Google, using "asp + ldap" (without the quotes) and you'll
