Localhost does not work, Wamp 2.2

Hello folks

I've instaled wamp normally, and it seems running

but my localhost doesn't work

e have my php code, my database is already in the computer
I've referenced the right folders (not at the wamp/www)

But my Chrome does not get any answer from localhost

wamp is running and on-line

what is the problem? help me guys

and yes, the port is 80 not 8080
no problems with skype

and using the 2.2 wamp version

What is the output of this:

C:\Windows\system32>netstat -antb | findstr ":80"
  TCP    0.0.0.0:80             0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING
  TCP    [::]:80                [::]:0                 LISTENING

(please make sure you run the command as an Administrator!)
