Inserting JavaScript in all pages?

Hi,

I am making a free web-host for my guild of a mmorpg. The server is based off Fedora OS and cPanel/WHM. Here I want a code to be placed automatically on all the pages of every account when its called by the browser.

(Its a JavaScript that would show news and some messages from the main guild websites' XML feeds)

The problem here is how can I go about doing this?

The easiest way is to ask the account holders on my server to place a code snippet on their pages but it shouldn't be like that as several of the account holders have websites with as much as 400 static pages. These guys obviously never heard of dynamic websites so don't blame me for it :o

Watching some free hosts gave me the idea, how do they insert banners in their members pages? sop surely i can do thus in the same principle.

Share your knowledge on this please, I've no idea how to go about doing this.

I believe this question is more of instreting a code on your members area to display a banner??? Thus this thread should be moved into which ever code you plan on useing to display the banner?? If that is the question... other wise I am not understanding?

Okay assume I run a free host, what I want to know is how to show ads on my users pages? how can I force insert scripts on pages like that?

from hosting... on the / from your Apache server... in terms its not from there.. it would be from the page you actaully made... the site its self the PAGE...

so users.php or something like that....

it would be coded into that page... your server interms wouldnt force an ad like that... you have to have a code some where to say get this banner image from here and display it here... with a link going here... something in terms like that....

Or am I miss understanding you still?

you should use Apache mod_layout.
