Bypassing an Apache firewall

I have a server having apache firewall and i cannot access peer to peer networking. i gave ip address assigned by network as 10.10.120.6 and port as 3128 and subnet mask as 255.255.0.0 and default gateway as 10.10.0.1 .

Further, I cannot access the web-pages having name or word as in them
1. Rapidshare
2. Megaupload.etc. ..

Someone pls... help me to access these web-pages and accessing the peer to peer networking suggesting the method to bypass the firewall

Please elaborate on your problem: you are at work/school and there is a firewall set up to prevent you from using filesharing programs as well as porn sites and warez dumps, and you want to find a way around it?

Well, actually Im not in any of them ie neither at work nor school. Im a B.Sc.LLb (hons.) student. We, the student of the same college live in a residential colony which provide us free internet connectivity. As u said that this is to protect us from use of porn sites, I want to bring into ur notice tat we can very well access all the major and famous porn sites(dont like to name them)

Further, Earlier we were able to access all the sites which i mentioned and p2p networking also. but now we cant due to the firewall restriction

This will do for accessing the web sites which i mentioned. But proxies does not allow download from these sites.they only allow the access to these webpages. And what about accessing the p2p networking and how can i use the softwares like Limewire, Aries based on p2p networking.

Web proxies may give you download problems, however full fledged proxies will not. Additionally, most P2P software programs have options to connect using proxies.
