server installation

hi..while installing apache ...i get a prompt saying to fill server info.....what should i fill in the following fields....?
1)network domain
2)server name
3)administrator email address
any way ..by default it takes some values and even installs but i am not able to run my .cgi files on the server.......is there something i need to change with the above mentioned fields.......pl ease reply.

Network domain: This is the domain that corresponds to your network.
mybusiness.com

Server name: This is the domain that the server will respond to.
www.mybusiness. com

Admin name and email: This is information that will be displayed if Apache needs to bring up an error page such as a 404.

Can you just put anything? For example can I put:

• google.com
• www.google.com
• dominikings212@ google.com

No, you need these to be the actual domain name of the computer...Ofte n times scripts will rely on this data for redirection. Additionally, the server can be configured to only respond when the request matches the server name you set up.
