copy same information for one entire column by vba

Part of my work is need to markdown payment. I need filter the access and mark them as paid. I just wonder if there is a automation method that can help me automate the process to enter Paid for the whole column. Hope I explain myself clear!

A query can do this, or VBA code behind the form that loops and updates the RecordsetClone of the form.
